Kristen's longevity journey began 40 years ago in the most unexpected way getting stuck in the middle of Sardinia, in a tiny village of just 35 people. With no way out and night falling, she was invited to stay with Nonna Maria, a centenarian who became her first teacher in the art of living beyond 100. Over crackling open fires, Nonna Maria taught her to make fresh pasta by hand and cook with ingredients that had been grown, not bought. Those nights in Sardinia planted the seeds of everything Kristen would become.
Now a Stanford-trained nutritionist, renowned chef, and certified life and wellness coach, Kristen has dedicated her career to understanding what Nonna Maria knew intuitively. Her extensive travels throughout Italy, living among the families of Puglia, studying traditional Mediterranean foodways, and learning the slow food philosophy, revealed the profound connection between quality olive oil, community meals, and extraordinary lifespans.

Walking among the gnarled, centuries-old Ogliarola trees for the first time, Curt felt the pull of something deeper than a career change it was a calling. These trees had witnessed empires rise and fall. They had nourished countless generations. And they were waiting for someone who would honor their legacy.
Today, Curt is no longer designing campaigns; he's cultivating liquid gold. He knows each of the 204 trees intimately their quirks, their yields, their stories.
