Do I need to be an active member to attend a trip?

Yes. Participation in this trip is an exclusive benefit of membership. Your monthly membership fees must remain current and paid in full from the time of booking through your travel dates.

If your membership becomes inactive or is cancelled after booking, your trip will also be cancelled. Any refund will follow the cancellation policy specific to your trip.

Can I change a guest name on my booking?

Yes, under the following conditions:

- 55 days or more before the trip start date: No fee applies.

- Less than 55 days before the trip start date: A $100 USD fee per name change will apply.

- After May 3: Name changes are not permitted.

Can the primary Member (main guest) change their name?

No. Name changes are not permitted for the Member (main guest) listed on the booking.

What if I need to remove a guest entirely from my booking?

If you need to completely remove a guest from your reservation (rather than simply changing their name), this is treated as a cancellation for that individual guest.

The refund eligibility for the removed guest will follow the trip’s Cancellation Policy:

- More than 60 days before the trip start date:

The removed guest may receive a refund minus the $100 USD per-person cancellation fee.

- Within 60 days of the trip start date:

The removed guest’s portion of the booking is non-refundable.

All cancellation fees are applied on a per-person basis.

Please note that removing a guest may impact the total pricing of your booking, including room occupancy rates or shared accommodations. Any rate adjustments required due to a change in occupancy will be the responsibility of the remaining guest(s).

Are exceptions ever made for late name change requests?

Due to contractual agreements with suppliers, booking modifications submitted after the stated deadline cannot be guaranteed.

In rare cases where an exception is granted under special circumstances, an additional processing fee of up to $100 USD may apply.

Can I transfer my booking to another member?

No. Booking transfers from one member to another member are not allowed for this trip.

What happens if I cancel my trip?

From the date of booking up to 60 days before the trip start date:

You will receive a refund minus a $100 USD penalty fee per person.

Within 60 days of the trip start date:

The booking is non-refundable.

All fees are applied on a per-person basis.

What if supplier policies differ from this policy?

This cancellation policy is subject to the rules and regulations of the travel supplier (vendor). If there is a conflict between this policy and the supplier’s booking terms, the more restrictive policy will apply.

What happens if I file a credit card chargeback?

Filing a credit card chargeback dispute may result in the immediate termination of your Membership at the sole discretion of International Trip. This may include loss of access to booking trips or any travel-related products.
