Kevén Thibeault is a conscious entrepreneur, lifelong seeker, and creator of transformational businesses. With more than 35 years of experience launching and scaling companies, Kevén has cultivated a rare balance of business acumen and soulful leadership.
As the co-founder and CEO of NIBLL—a high-performance food company—he has helped deliver over $70 million in nourishing meals to top companies, athletes, and families who value food as fuel for life.

Together with his wife Kristen—a visionary chef and healer—Kevén has spent the last two decades raising their blended family of four, and building purpose-driven ventures rooted in health, vitality, and impact. Their next chapter, in collaboration with ASEA, is driven by a shared mission: to awaken the body, expand the mind, and serve the world.
Began his career in technology, writing database applications in 1990. Over the course of his career, he has built more than 200 enterprise-grade applications.
Spent over a decade as a software engineer, including five years as a senior manager with KPMG, where he traveled the world helping Fortune 500 companies design and implement sophisticated software systems for call centers and salesforce teams.
Launched Logical Design, a boutique software development firm that leveraged global resources from Europe and South America to deliver custom applications. Clients included Brown University, Alltel Communications, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others.
Launched NIBLL in Boston as a personal chef and meal prep service. It has since grown into a West Coast operation with over 130 employees, serving major markets including Las Vegas, San Francisco, and Los Angeles.
A key pillar of NIBLL's growth was a proprietary enterprise software platform Kevén architected—a best-in-class system that integrates with Google Workspace, QuickBooks, the USDA nutrition database, and more. It powers customer management, order entry, menu planning, recipe scaling, production prep lists, purchasing, and client-facing portals.
This robust system removes so many traditional operational burdens from the culinary team, allowing NIBLL to maintain consistency, scalability, and speed—especially during critical moments like the pandemic pivot and expansion to new markets and operations beyond California.
Kevén lives on a ranch in Southern California with his wife Kristen, two boys, and a growing family of four-legged friends. He and Kristen enjoy entertaining on the ranch or wherever their travels might take them. Kevén is an avid gardener, runner, and art collector.
