Day 1

  • Check-in: Arrive at your leisure any time after 3 PM.

  • Welcome Table: Stop by between noon and 5 PM at the welcome table, located just past the front desk in the hotel lobby. Check in with your host and pick up your DT wristband.

  • 7–9 PM: Welcome Reception. Kick off your getaway by mingling with fellow trippers over delicious cocktails and tasty appetizers. (Location to be confirmed closer to travel)

  • Evening: The rest of the night is yours to relax, explore, or enjoy the resort at your own pace.

Day 2

  • Enjoy a day at your leisure. Lounge by the pool, explore the resort, or simply unwind.

  • Catamaran & Snorkeling Excursion to Isla Mujeres: Sail aboard a modern catamaran to Isla Mujeres, with a stop to snorkel the vibrant El Meco Reef (weather permitting). Sip from the onboard open bar, savor a delicious beachside lunch, and enjoy free time exploring the island’s stunning beaches, colorful shops, and charming town. Afterward, relax on the deck with a drink in hand as we cruise back across the Caribbean.

  • Evening: The rest of the night is yours to relax, explore, or enjoy the resort at your own pace.

Day 3

  • Spend the day at your own pace. Stroll through the resort’s tropical gardens or wander along the Yucatán jungle cenote boardwalk. Keep an eye out for local wildlife, from exotic birds and iguanas to coatis and spider monkeys!

  • Pool Party: Join us for sun, fun, and poolside vibes and good times. (Location to be

Day 4

  • Enjoy a final day at your leisure. Take in the resort’s stunning surroundings one last time.

  • 7-11 PM: Colors of the Sea Farewell dinner - Celebrate the ocean’s vibrant colors coming to life as you dress in your favorite ocean inspired hues from breezy blues and shimmering aquamarines to crystal-clear turquoises and lush sea greens. Day 5

  • Breakfast at the Hotel: Enjoy one last leisurely breakfast while soaking in the resort views.

Terms and Conditions

You understand and acknowledge that participation in this Trips is an exclusive benefit of membership, and your monthly membership fees must remain current and paid in full from the time of booking through your travel dates. If your membership is cancelled or becomes inactive after booking, your trip will also be cancelled, and any refund will follow the cancellation policy specific to your trip.

Name Change Policy:

  • Completed 55 days or more before the start of the trip – No fee applies.

  • Name change $100 fee USD (per name) will apply.

  • After March 1 – Name changes are NOT permitted. *

  • For the entire removal of a guest, see the cancellation policy.

  • Name changes are NOT permitted for the Member (main guest) listed on the booking.

Note: Due to contractual agreements with our suppliers, requests for booking modifications submitted after the stated deadline cannot be confirmed without supplier approval. If an exception* is granted under special circumstances, an additional processing fee of up to $100 USD may apply.

Transfer Policy

  • Booking transfers from one member to another member is not allowed on this trip.

Cancellation Policy

  • From date of booking to 60 days before the trip start date – Receive a refund less a penalty fee of $100 USD per person.

  • Within 60 days of the trip start date – Non-refundable.

  • All fees are applicable on a per-person basis.

Note: This cancellation policy is subject to rules and regulations in applicable jurisdictions in which our travel supplier (vendor) is based. In the event of conflict between the cancellation policy displayed here and cancellation terms in the supplier's booking terms, the more restrictive of the two terms will prevail.

Chargeback Disputes

  • Filing a credit card chargeback dispute may result in the immediate termination of your Membership at the sole discretion of International trip. This includes loss of access to booking trips or any travel-related products.
